To treasure in the Casket fair
Pearls, Emeralds, Rubies shall we muster
Or bring the Diamonds brighter Lustre No Lady No
There is a gem whose brilliant sheen,
Transcends all those whose Ray serene
Far [hapeth] shew
Does Wealth or Pow’r this gem supply
Or Wit or Beautys sparkling Eye
No Lady No
Let Truth the sacred Gift impart
It is an honest faithful Heart.
With tender pure affection giv’n
This richest gem does bounteous Heav’n on you bestow
