Title
Zionist Society Organized
Description
The Zionist society was founded and organized largely with support of Jewish faculty, especially Professor David Blondheim. He became the first editor of Kadimah, the journal of the Intercampus Zionist Council. The Baltimore chapter helped lead the national organization, with several Hopkins students and professors on its executive board. The chapter itself would also strongly support Israel, periodically facilitating fundraisers for the Zionist effort.
